Supplier Engagement Agreement

This section contains some tools that allow you to communicate more effectively with your target audience. Some examples of communication activities are also cited in the table Important Reflection on Developing a Supplier Loyalty Plan (above). The first step is to understand your current approach to supplier retention and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Many customers have found themselves in a situation where the provider does not grant a correct service contract, which can make the customer terribly vulnerable if the service is down in some way. Each employee is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. This applies primarily to procurement staff, project managers and contract managers, but also to employees who make occasional purchases. It is important that suppliers hear the same message and receive the same fair treatment from all levels of the organization.
